About Tom
Tom Caldwell is a native of Southern Chester County, and has lived locally most of his life, which has served as the foundation of his broad knowledge of the local real estate market. Tom is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Tom gained 15+ years of outside, business-to-business sales and marketing experience during his career with several medium sized companies in the Philadelphia and Boston areas, where he achieved recognition in both areas as a top sales performer. Tom credits those years of experience with helping him to develop a unique ability to quickly empathize with customer needs, establish trust, and deliver desired results in a timely manner.
His decision to pursue a career more closely aligned with his long-held interest in real estate stemmed from his own home buying experiences, where he thoroughly enjoyed the "search," and gained appreciation for the incredible positive impact realtors can have in helping people attain their dreams.
Tom holds a B.A. in Communications from West Chester University and is a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania and Delaware. When he is not in the office, you may find him playing lacrosse with his two young girls, playing hockey, hiking the many trails around Southern Chester County, or spending time with his family in Bethany Beach, Delaware.
About Kellie
Kellie Caldwell is also a native of Southern Chester County and has 20+ years of combined pharmaceutical and small business public relations and marketing experience. She has extensive knowledge in broad-scale marketing and promotion, branding and image management, issue and crisis management, and many years of media relations and large-scale event planning experience that she has enthusiastically parlayed into her real estate career. Kellie is licensed in both Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Kellie has held a passion for real estate for much of her lifetime and was thrilled to be able to apply her career skills to helping friends and family with their real estate needs as she believes combining passion with expertise is what drives success and allows people to fully utilize the talents with which they’ve been blessed!
Kellie is a graduate of University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a concentration in public relations. A youth volunteer in Delaware and Pennsylvania, Kellie has 25 years of combined experience both playing and coaching lacrosse and is currently on the Board of Directors for Avon Grove Wildcats Girls Lacrosse, serving as the Director of Coaching. Her passion for sports is supported by the belief that team sports provide our next generation with a strong foundation of critical life management and communication skills.
